Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5th, 1964 in New York, New York U.S.A. is an American actor who has a reputation for playing powerful, but fragile character. Linney is a member of a theatre family her father was a playwright Romulus Linney. Linney received her degree in 1986 from Brown University in 1986 and later studied at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow as well as graduated in the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) in New York City in 1990. The actress began performing in Broadway immediately, eventually receiving the acclaim she received for her performances in Six Degrees of Separation (Six Degrees of Separation) as well as Hedda Galer.
